- A1Types of help public website
According to its website, A&A Thuiszorg provides services including household help, individual support and support for informal carers. Through the Wlz, help with personal care is sometimes possible as well; the website asks you to enquire about the options. A&A aims for a regular worker who suits you, for older people and for adults with an injury or a physical or psychological disability.
- A2Regions public website
The homepage lists regions including Rotterdam, Voorne aan Zee, Nissewaard with Spijkenisse, Hoeksche Waard, Capelle aan den IJssel, Krimpen aan den IJssel, Utrecht, Zeeland and Noord-Holland. Ask a coordinator whether help is possible where you live.
- A3Contact public website
The contact page lists a coordinator for each region with a phone number and email address. Hoeksche Waard has separate Wmo and Wlz contacts. For general questions, call 010-3020130 or email info@aathuiszorg.nl on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00.
- A4Becoming a client public website
You call or message the coordinator for your region, or fill in the form on the website. The coordinator gives free, no-obligation advice on the help and its funding, for example through the Wmo or the Wlz, and chooses a worker who suits you. The help starts only when you agree. Afterwards you can always say if you would like something to change. This page gives Pannekoekstraat 100, 3011 LL Rotterdam as the head office visiting address.
