No. You can book directly. At your first appointment the therapist does a short screening to check that physiotherapy is right for you. Note: some insurers still ask for a referral for cover. Check your policy.

A first appointment takes 60 minutes: introduction, screening, assessment and a first treatment. A follow-up takes 30 minutes.

Yes. Havenkwartier is open until 21:00 Monday to Thursday and on Saturday mornings. De Velden is open until 20:30 on Thursdays.

Yes. Elif speaks Turkish, Kasia speaks Polish and most therapists speak English. You can filter by language when booking.

Yes. In Havenkwartier everything is on the ground floor. In De Velden the practice is on the first floor, with a spacious lift. Both have accessible parking.

When booking we only ask for your name, email address and phone number. We do not ask for medical details or your citizen service number online; you discuss that at the practice.
