How it works

From booking to back on track

Clear from the start. You know what happens, how long it takes and what you can do yourself.

  1. Book online

Choose a reason, location and time. You have a confirmation within two minutes.

  2. Short screening

At your first visit the therapist asks a few questions to check physiotherapy is right for you.

  3. A plan together

You agree on a concrete goal and know roughly how many appointments to expect.

  4. Exercise at home

Your exercise programme is online, with reminders at a time that suits you.

No referral needed

You can go straight to a physiotherapist. At your first appointment the therapist does a short screening. If physiotherapy is not right for you, you will hear so straight away and we will advise you to see your GP. Do check your policy: some insurers still ask for a referral.

Insurance at a glance

What decides whether your treatment is covered?

That depends on your own policy. These are the three things to look up.

  • Basic or supplementary?

For adults, physiotherapy is usually not part of basic insurance. Check whether you have supplementary cover that includes physiotherapy.

  • How many treatments?

Supplementary policies often have a yearly maximum. Treatments at another practice count too.

  • Chronic condition?

For some chronic conditions basic insurance covers part of it. Your deductible then applies.
