Help that starts
with your working day.

We build websites and small digital tools for healthcare organisations. For each topic below, you can read what you might recognise, what we could build and what the first step is.

A clear website and a good first contact

“Isn’t that on the website?”

Callers ask about things that are already on the site, or do not know whom to contact. On a phone, the information is hard to find.

What we could build
A website that explains in plain language what you offer and for whom. With a clear route to the right contact, for example by region, service or location, and tested on a phone.
The first step
We go through your current website together from the visitor’s point of view: which questions go unanswered, and where do people give up?

Fewer repeat questions, checked by your team

“What time do you open? Where can I park?”

Reception or a coordinator answers the same practical questions every day, by phone and by email.

What we could build
A question desk on your website that answers only from texts your team has approved, with the source alongside. Visitors can see that AI puts the answer together. When the answer is missing, or the question is about care or costs, the question desk refers them to a member of staff.
The first step
We collect the questions that come up most often, and the texts that already contain the answers.

Smoother registrations and appointment requests

“What do I need to fill in, and in which language?”

Registrations arrive incomplete, and staff call back about missing information.

What we could build
A registration, appointment request or first conversation in short, clear steps, in another language if needed, with a summary the visitor checks themselves. Whether the request can then reach your calendar, mailbox or care system is something we investigate system by system.
The first step
We look at your current form or phone route and note which information is most often missing.

Small improvements to everyday admin

“Could someone make this letter easier to read?”

Small, recurring tasks add up: rewriting letters, explaining things to family, writing up notes.

What we could build
A tool for one recurring task, such as a letter at B1 level, a translation with a back-translation or a summary for family. A member of staff reviews everything before it goes out. A connection with your care record system, email or calendar is only possible when the system allows it; we investigate that first.
The first step
Together we choose one task that comes up often, and first make it work on its own, without any connection.

The examples are independent concepts based on the public websites of existing healthcare organisations. There is no partnership or commission, and nothing is registered or sent. About our concepts

What we do not promise.

  • We connect nothing to your care record system, mailbox or calendar without first investigating what the system allows, and without your organisation’s permission.
  • Tools that use AI give no medical advice and do not decide who receives care. Wherever AI is involved, we say so.
  • We do not quote results we have not measured. What a solution should achieve is something we agree together and measure in your own organisation.
  • Patient data does not belong in an introduction or a chat. For a real application, we agree on data, security and a DPIA beforehand.

The first step is a conversation.

25 minutes with a person from Zorgvorm. Afterwards you know whether a small working example makes sense, and what it would involve.

  • You tell us which question or task takes the most time today.
  • We look together at your website and the systems you already use.
  • If there is a good first step, we put in writing what we will build, what ongoing management involves and what it costs.
