Explanation

What do these weeks mean?

Wait for intake
The time between registering and the intake conversation. The Treeknorm is 4 weeks.
Wait for treatment
The time between the intake conversation and the first treatment session. The Treeknorm is 10 weeks.
How we calculate
The number of people waiting ahead of you, divided by how many treatments we can start per week. Always rounded up to whole weeks.
How often
Every month, and every time the waiting list changes. Providers with several locations also report their waiting times to the NZa before the 10th of each month.
