Does your website show
what care requires?

The Zorgwebsite-check looks at whether your complaints procedure, rates, waiting times and BIG numbers can be found. And how accessible, findable and easy your site is for patients and clients.

We look at the homepage and at most five related pages, such as complaints, team and rates.

An automatic quick scan, not a full audit. Accessibility cannot be fully judged automatically, and you may give some information to clients in another way. The result is not a legal verdict.

What we check.

A general website scan looks at speed and Google. This check starts with what care regulations expect from a website, and only then looks at the technology.

  1. Care rules

Complaints procedure and disputes body (Wkkgz), rates and insurer contracts, waiting times, BIG numbers for professionals, forms that ask for medical details, a chatbot with an AI notice, privacy and accessibility statements.

  2. Basics and trust

Secure connection, redirect to https, load time, page weight, mobile-ready, language, title and description, main heading, share preview and structured data.

  3. Accessibility basics

Images without a text alternative, fields without a label, links and buttons without a name, blocked zooming and a skip link. Signals, not a WCAG verdict.

  4. Convenience for patients

Online booking or registration, tap-to-call phone number, opening hours, contact page and vacancies.

  5. Privacy signals

Which known third-party services appear in the initial HTML, and whether we see a cookie tool. An observation, not an accusation.

Honest about the limits.

  • This is an automatic quick scan of the homepage and at most five related pages. It is not a full audit.
  • Accessibility cannot be fully judged automatically. We show signals from the code; a real assessment is done by hand and with people.
  • “Not found” means not found automatically. It may be there under another name, or you may inform clients another way. The report is not a legal verdict.
  • We only read the initial HTML. We do not see what a site loads later with JavaScript.
  • We do not store the address or the report on our server. How the check works
