zorgvorm

Tandartsen Vlietbrug, a fictional example.

Tandartsen Vlietbrug is a fictional organisation (dentist & dental hygiene) that Zorgvorm built to show how such a website works, for visitors and for the team. The organisation, its people and its data do not exist; the website really works.

A complete website for a dental practice with a patient stop: an honest registration status per household member, a waiting list with a real estimate, cost estimates explained per NZa code and a pain or emergency guide. Behind the desk, the owner turns one capacity dial, and the website, the waiting list and the invitations follow.

The problem behind this example.

A complete website for a dental practice with a patient stop: an honest registration status per household member, a waiting list with a real estimate, cost estimates explained per NZa code and a pain or emergency guide. Behind the desk, the owner turns one capacity dial, and the website, the waiting list and the invitations follow.

Two sides of the same website.

What a visitor does arrives on the team side. Try both; all data is fictional and stays in your browser.

As a visitor

  • Registration status per household member, with an honest wait
  • Cost estimate explained: every NZa code in plain language, with price
  • Pain or emergency guide: whom to call now
Open the website

On the team side: Reception desk

  • Capacity dial · 25 new adults this month
  • 14 invitations ready to approve
  • Hygiene recall · 12 not yet booked

Fixed rules, and where AI helps.

What runs on fixed, explainable rules, and where a language model takes part. Wherever AI is involved, the result says so.

Fixed rules

Registration status, waiting-list order, estimates, cost explanations and emergency routes run on fixed rules. One capacity dial drives the public status and prepares invitations for the next households in line.

With a language model

The question assistant, with a visible AI label, answers practical questions only from the practice’s own texts, with source numbers. Medical questions get a fixed safety rule.

Choices for privacy.

  • Everything you enter in this example website stays in your own browser. Nothing goes to a real organisation.
  • Where a language model is involved, the result says so. It gives no medical advice and does not decide who receives care.
  • For a real application we agree beforehand which data is needed, who processes it and under which data processing agreement.

What this means for your organisation.

What this means for your organisation depends on where things get stuck today. In an introduction we look at which part of this example would save you the most work, and what it would take to make it work with your own texts and systems.
