We ask for as little as possible on this website. Here you can read what we ask, why, and what we never ask.
What we ask
For a care request, job application or call-back we ask for your name, phone number and, optionally, your email address. Beyond that you only make practical choices, such as the kind of help, your street and when we may call. That lets your neighbourhood coordinator call you back properly.
What we never ask
- Medical information, such as diagnoses or medication. You discuss those in person with the community nurse.
- Your citizen service number (BSN) or date of birth.
- A CV when you apply for a job.
The question assistant
The assistant on the Questions page only answers using information from this website. If you type a phone number, email address or other number, the question is not sent. Please do not give medical details; the assistant does not answer medical questions.
About this example website
Wijkzorg Vlietstad is a fictional organisation. Whatever you enter on this example website stays in your own browser and is not sent anywhere. Only questions to the assistant go to an AI service to compose an answer. You can clear the example at any time via the team portal.
