Care & support
Community nursing
Our community nurses visit you at home for nursing care. They look not only at what is needed medically, but also at how you live, who is around you and what you still want to do yourself.

What we do
- Wound care and dressings
- Help with medication, such as setting it out or giving it
- Injections, tube feeding and catheter or stoma care
- Advice on living safely at home and on aids
- Coordination with your GP and other care providers
What this does not include
- Care in hospital or in a nursing home
- Emergency care: in a life-threatening situation always call 112
Who it is for
For anyone in Vlietstad who needs nursing care at home, for a short or longer period.
How care starts
