Care & support
Personal care
Sometimes washing, getting dressed or going to bed is no longer something you can manage alone. Our care workers help you with it, at your own pace and in the way you are used to, so you stay in charge of your own day.

What we do
- Help with showering or washing
- Getting dressed and undressed, including compression stockings
- Help with going to the toilet
- Help with getting up and going to bed
- Help with eating and drinking
What this does not include
- Cleaning the house: that is household help
Who it is for
For people who need help with daily care because of age, illness or a disability.
How care starts
- You get in touch online or by phone
- The coordinator calls you within one working day
- First visit at home: we agree on times and routines
- As far as possible, the same faces visit you
How is it paid for?
Personal care is usually covered by basic health insurance, just like community nursing. If you have a Wlz assessment, it is funded through the Long-term Care Act instead. We work this out together in the first conversation.
More about funding“Joyce comes every morning at half past eight. She knows exactly how I like things, right down to the cup of tea after my shower.”
