Care & support
Individual support
Individual support helps you keep living independently and fill your days in a way that feels good. Think of help with keeping track of things, going outside together or staying in touch with others.

What we do
- Making a daily or weekly plan together
- Keeping track of post and appointments
- Walking, shopping or going to the community centre together
- Support for family carers, so they can keep going
What this does not include
- Treatment by a psychologist or other therapist
Who it is for
For people with, for example, early memory problems, a disability or few social contacts, and for the people close to them.
How care starts
- You get in touch online or by phone
- We discuss which route fits: municipality or Wlz
- You meet your regular support worker
- Together we set goals and regularly check how things are going
How is it paid for?
Individual support is usually funded by the municipality (Wmo) and sometimes through the Long-term Care Act. Who decides depends on your situation. We help you find the right route.
