About our team
Many older people live in the Molenwijk, often in the same house for decades. Team Molenwijk is the largest team at Wijkzorg Vlietstad. We visit many clients every day, sometimes several times a day. Familiar faces matter even more here: you know who is coming, and we know your routines.
