About our team
Team Oud-Vliet works from our office on the Lindegracht. Many clients here have lived in the area all their lives, often in old houses with narrow stairs. That is why we always look at the home together during the first visit: is it safe, and what could be easier? We can cycle across the whole area in fifteen minutes, so we are never far away.

A day in our team
- Short handover at the office, with coffee. Who goes where?
- Morning round: washing, dressing, compression stockings, setting out medication.
- Lunch together and talk through tricky questions.
- First visits with new clients at home.
- Evening round, then the evening shift takes over.
