You help clients stay independent and make the most of their days, working with families and the neighbourhood.
What will you do?
- Making weekly plans with clients
- Activities outside the home
- Supporting family carers
What do you bring?
- A level 4 vocational diploma in care or social work
- You are creative and a good listener
