Community nurse
You are the nursing heart of your neighbourhood team. You do the first visits, carry out assessments and keep the overview.
What will you do?
- First visits and assessments with new clients
- Complex nursing care at home
- Working with GPs and the hospital
- Coaching colleagues and helping improve quality
What do you bring?
- A bachelor's degree in nursing and BIG registration
- Keen to work independently in a small team
- A driving licence helps, but is not required
