Fysio aan de Vliet, a fictional example.
Fysio aan de Vliet is a fictional organisation (physiotherapy) that Zorgvorm built to show how such a website works, for visitors and for the team. The organisation, its people and its data do not exist; the website really works.
A complete website for a two-location physiotherapy practice: online booking, self-service rescheduling, home exercises and an insurance checklist. Behind it, a team dashboard that offers cancelled slots straight to the waiting list.

The problem behind this example.
A physiotherapy practice with a waiting list does not need more sign-ups. Reception wants fewer calls about rescheduling and coverage, and a cancellation should not go to waste while people are waiting.
Two sides of the same website.
What a visitor does arrives on the team side. Try both; all data is fictional and stays in your browser.
As a visitor
- Book, reschedule and cancel online
- Coverage guide: what to check on your policy
- Home exercises with a personal programme
On the team side: Practice agenda
- Just booked · in the agenda
- Cancellation · offer to waiting list
- Message templates · with confirmation
Fixed rules, and where AI helps.
What runs on fixed, explainable rules, and where a language model takes part. Wherever AI is involved, the result says so.
Fixed rules
Availability, booking, rescheduling and cancelling run on fixed rules; a cancellation immediately becomes a waiting-list suggestion the practice confirms.
With a language model
The question assistant answers practical questions, such as about coverage, only from the practice’s own texts, with source numbers.
Choices for privacy.
- When booking, the patient picks a reason from a fixed list, a location and a time. Anyone who says in their own words when suits them only gets filters back; symptoms in that sentence are ignored.
- A freed slot becomes a suggestion the practice confirms itself. Nothing goes to patients automatically.
- Everything you enter in this example website stays in your own browser. Nothing goes to a real organisation.
- Where a language model is involved, the result says so. It gives no medical advice and does not decide who receives care.
- For a real application we agree beforehand which data is needed, who processes it and under which data processing agreement.
What this means for your organisation.
For a physiotherapy practice this means patients who book and reschedule themselves, a coverage guide that handles the most common reception question, and cancellations that immediately become an offer to the waiting list. Whether this can work alongside your EPD’s online calendar is something we investigate first.
